Puppy Application

Please note that by submitting this application you are NOT put on the waiting list or required to pay the $300 deposit.  Only after application approval and a $300 deposit is received will you be added to our waiting list.  We currently accept Venmo payments.  We also accept PayPal, but there is an additional 3% processing charge.  For puppy prices, please see our Purchasing and Pricing page here – Purchasing and Pricing
